Kami's love for the Winter Haven lifestyle is what inspired her journey into real estate.

After relocating from Fort Lauderdale to Winter Haven more than 10 years ago, Kami quickly fell in love with the area's beautiful lakes, growing communities, and small-town charm. What started as a passion for paddleboarding soon became a successful local business, Paddleboard Winter Haven, allowing her to build meaningful relationships throughout the community and gain a firsthand understanding of what makes this area such a special place to live.

Over the past decade, Kami has witnessed the incredible growth of Polk County, from expanding residential communities to a thriving commercial market. Her deep connection to the area and passion for helping others led her to pursue a career in real estate more than five years ago.
